| Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detects FAK in RIPA lysates from murine 3T3 and previously in human A431 RIPA cell lysate. 3T3 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with F0019-56 (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit and a chemiluminescence detection system. |
