Applications	Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions	ELISA: 1:10,000-1:100,000; Assayed against 1ug of human spleen ferritin in a standard sandwich ELISA using peroxidase conjugated affinity purified goat anti-rabbit IgG [H&L] and ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
	Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
