Fibrinogen is a 340kD glycoprotein which plays an important role in the coagulation process. Fibrinogen activation is also involved in cellular and matrix interactions, the inflammatory response, cardiovascular disease and neoplasia.

Recommended Dilutions	ELISA: 1:50-1:100
	Immunofluorescence: 1:200-1:400

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
