Specifications

Human Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor is a mitogen that stimulates cell growth for such cells as fibroblasts, endothelial cells, myoblasts, glial cells and smooth muscle cells. Basic FGF is composed of 146aa residues (pro 1 to ser 146), and is 55% homologous with acidic FGF, including two conserved cysteine residues.
