Specifications

Ficin is used to digest formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues, and will improve the signal of certain antigens. It contains 50ml of ready-to-use ficin.

Simple Protocol	1. Deparaffinize slides and hydrate to water.
	2. Block endogenous peroxidase activity (if necessary).
	3. Wash slides in several changes of distilled water.
	4. Apply 2-4 drops to tissue sections.
	5. Incubate for 5-10 minutes at 37°C.*
	6. Wash in several changes of PBS.
	7. Resume immunostaining procedure.
	* According to type of tissue and fixation...etc.
Storage and Stability	Store at 4°C. After use, return to 4°C immediately.
