Filaggrins are intermediate filament-associated proteins that interact with keratin intermediate filaments of terminally differentiating mammalian epidermis. Filaggrins have wide species variation and are implicated in certain skin disorders and rheumatoid arthritis. This antibody will help characterize filaggrin expression in a variety of tissues.

Recommended Dilution	Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100 for 1 hr at RT

Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
