The recombinant protein over-expression systems with well-known epitope tags are powerful strategies in checking and purifying the interest proteins, which are expressed in certain DNA vectors containing the particular tagged oligo fragments. These short oligo fragments encode small peptides (6xHis, c-Myc, HA, DYKDDDDK) or small proteins (GST, MBP, beta-Galactosidase). The antibodies against these fusion-tags can be used to monitor and purify the fusion protein.

Recommended Dilution	Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
