| Human Fibronectin Leucine-rich Transmembrane protein 3 (FLRT3) is a 95kD type I transmembrane (TM) glycoprotein that belongs to a small and unique family of leucine-rich repeat proteins. It is synthesized as a 649 amino acid (aa) precursor that contains a 28aa signal sequence, a 500aa extracellular domain (ECD), a 21aa TM segment and a 100aa cytoplasmic region. The ECD contains 10 N-terminal leucine-rich repeats which are flanked by cysteine-rich areas, and a juxtamembrane fibronectin type III domain. The molecule reportedly has neurite outgrowth promoting activity. The human FLRT3 ECD shares 96% aa sequence identity with mouse FLRT3 ECD. | | | Catalog # | F4598-40 | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
