| Flt3 is a class III receptor tyrosine kinase that is closely related to c-Kit and c-Fms. It is expressed in primitive hematopoietic cells, placenta, testis, and the nervous system. The Flt3 ligand functions in conjunction with cytokines via its receptor to stimulate proliferation of hematopoeitc stem cells. This antibody is especially suitable for identifying Flt3 receptor positive hematopoietic cell populations by Flow Cytometry. |

| Recommended Dilutions | Western Blot: 1ug/ml detected Flt3 in RIPA lysates from mouse Bafl-3 cells. Bafl-3 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with F4600-09. Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit and a chemiluminescence detection system. |
| Immunoprecipitation: 4ug immunoprecipitated Flt3 from 500ug of mouse Bafl-3 RIPA lysate. |
| Immunocytochemistry: 10ug/ml showed positive immunostaining for Flt3 in mouse Bafl-3 cells fixed with methanol. |
