Applications	Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions	Flow Cytometry: 1-10ug/ml
	ELISA: 1-10ug/ml
	Western Blot: 1-10ug/ml. Avoid reducing reagents; use 0.1% SDS in transfer buffer.
	Immunoprecipitation: 1-10ug/ml
	Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1-10ug/ml. Not suitable for paraffin embedded tissues.
	Immunocytochemistry: 1-10ug/ml
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
