| Transfection grade T cell factor (Tcf) reporter plasmid containing two full and one incomplete copy of the Tcf binding site (mutated) followed by three copies in the reverse orientation, upstream of the Thymidine Kinase (TK) minimal promoter and Luciferase open reading frame.
