| Fragilis (IFITM3) is a 133aa protein belonging to the CD225 family and contains an N-terminal signal sequence, three potential phosphorylation sites and a C-terminal leucine zipper. It plays a role in cell adhesion and cell differentiation. It behaves as a homing signal, enabling the cells localization. IFITM3 protein is approximately 90% identical to IFITM2. The guidance activities of IFITM1 and IFITM3 were mediated by their unique N-terminal domains. It is expressed on the surface of primordial germ cells | | | Catalog # | F6072-60C | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA.
