Frizzled-2 belongs to the Frizzled family of 7-pass transmembrane receptors for Wnt proteins. Frizzled-2 is most extensively studied for its role in cardiac development and neural crest differentiation.

Reconstitution	Reconstitute with sterile Tris-buffered saline, pH 7.3 (20mM Trizma base, 150mM sodium chloride) containing 0.1% BSA.
Applications	Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Western Blot: Use at 0.1-0.2ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-2. The detection limit for rmFrizzled 2 is ~10ng/lane and 2ng/lane under non-reducing
	and reducing conditions. In this format, this antibody shows ~25% crossreactivity with rmFrizzled 1 and less than 5% crossreactivity with rmFrizzled 3, rmFrizzled 4, rmFrizzled 5, rmFrizzled 6, rmFrizzled 7 and rmFrizzled 8.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
