| Frizzled 3 is a member of the Frizzled family of G-protein coupled receptors that have seven transmembrane domains and an extracellular CRD. Frizzled proteins function as receptors for Wnt proteins. |
|
| Catalog # | F6401-11D |
| Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. |
| Recommended Dilution | Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml. The detection limit is ~0.5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. |
| Flow Cytometry: 0.2mg/ml. 10ul labels 1-2.5x10e5 cells in a total reaction volume < 200ul. The binding of the biotinylated monoclonal antibody may be visualized by adding streptavidin conjugated to a fluorochrome. |
| Immunocytochemistry: 8ug/ml detects Frizzled 3 in human HEK 293 cells or frozen mouse embryos. |
| Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. |
| Hybridoma | Fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a rat immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant mouse Frizzled 3 extracellular Cysteine-Rich Domain (CRD). |
| Storage and Stability | Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
