| Recommended Dilution | ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1ug/ml The detection limit is ~0.15ng/well. |
| Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml The detection limit is ~5ng/lane under non-reducing and ~2ng/lane under reducing conditions. |
| Immunohistochemistry: 5-10ug/ml in fixed cells. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde in PBS at RT for 20 mins. Blocked with 0.1% Triton X-100, 1% BSA 10% normal donkey serum in PBS at RT for 45 mins. Cells were then incubated with F6401-27 overnight at 4°C followed by IgG, H&L (Rhodamine) xGt at RT in the dark for 1 hour. Between each step, cells were washed with 0.1% BSA in PBS. |
| Flow Cytometry: 0.1mg/ml. Use 10ul to label 1-2.5x10e5 cells in a total volume <200ul. The binding of unlabeled primary antibodies may be visualized by adding 10ul of a 25ug/ml stock solution of IgG (FITC) xGt. |
