Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Rat Affinity Purified E B
Frizzled-6 is a member of the Frizzled/Smoothened family of G-protein coupled receptors that mediate the Wnt beta-Catenin signaling pathway.
Catalog #F6401-27A
HybridomaFusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a rat immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant mouse Frizzled-6 (rmFrizzled-6) extracellular Cysteine-Rich Domain (CRD).
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: Use at 1-2ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-6. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rmFrizzled-6 is ~25ng/lane under non-reducing conditions.
Direct ELISA: Use at 0.5-1.0ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-6. The detection limit for rmFrizzled-6 extracellular CRD is ~5ng/well.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
