Frizzled-6 is a member of the Frizzled/Smoothened family of G-protein coupled receptors that mediate the Wnt beta-Catenin signaling pathway.

ApplicationSuitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: Use at 0.1-0.2ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-6. The detection limit for rmFrizzled-6 is ~2ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing
conditions. In this format, this antibody shows less than 1% crossreactivity with rmFrizzled-1, rmFrizzled-2, rmFrizzled-3, rmFrizzled-4, rhFrizzled-5, rmFrizzled-7, rmFrizzled-8 and rmFrizzled-9.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
ReconstitutionReconstitute with sterile Tris-buffered saline, pH 7.3 (20mM Trizma base, 150mM sodium chloride) containing 0.1% BSA. Dilute to 50ug/ml.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
