| FZD7 is a receptor for Wnt signaling proteins. FZD7 down regulates the functions of the tumor suppressor gene APC and thereby enhances beta catenin-mediated signals. FZD7 is highly expressed adult skeletal muscle and foetal kidney. High expression is observed in the foetal lung, placenta, adult heart and brain tissues. It is specifically expressed in squamous cell oesophageal carcinomas. | | | Catalog # | F6401-30C | | Applications | Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (paraffin).
