Applications	Direct ELISA, Western blot, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Direct ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml.
	Western blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-6. The detection limit for rmFrizzled-7 is approximately 1ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
	Immunohistochemistry: 1.7-15ug/ml.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
