Frizzled-7 is an integral membrane protein that belongs to the Frizzled family of G-protein coupled receptors. Frizzleds function as receptors for Wnt proteins.

Hybridoma	Fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a rat immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant mouse Frizzled-7 (rmFrizzled-7) extracellular domain. The IgG fraction of the tissue culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Applications	Suitable for use in Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Western Blot: Use at 1-2ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-7. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rmFrizzled-7 is ~1ng/lane and ~5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively.
	Direct ELISA: Use at 0.5-1.0ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-7. The detection limit for rmFrizzled-7 is ~5ng/well.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
