PurityPurified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
ImmunogenE.coli b-galactosidase. MW
Depends upon the localization of the parent protein tagged with b-galactosidase.
SpecificityMay be used for detection of b-galactosidase expressed by the E.coli lacZ gene encoded in many cloned gene sequences and serves as an indicator for fusion proteins encoded by an inserted DNA sequence. Species Crossreactivity: Proteins from all species which are tagged with b-galactosidase.
