Monoclonal Mouse Affinity Purified B IP
Catalog #G1041-08X
MW of Antigen 116kD
Epitope Not determined
Applications and Recommended DilutionsImmunoprecipitation (Use Protein G) (Ab 2ug/mg protein lysate)
Protein purification
Western Blotting (Ab 1ug/ml for 2hrs at RT) The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the investigator.
Positive Control Purified recombinant b-galactosidase protein or transfected cell lines expressing b-galactosidase-tagged proteins.
Cellular Localization Depends upon the localization of the parent protein tagged with b-galactosidase.
Storage and Stability May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at-20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at-20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
