Applications	Suitable for use in RIA only. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	RIA: Reconstitute product to 1ml using a proteinaceous physiological buffer. Divide into 100ul aliquots. When required, dilute each 100ul aliquiot to 2.5ml, using 100ul per test.-

	Incubation: 5days at 4°C
	Separation: Addition of 4mg charcoal suspension(Norit GSX) in buffer per tube. Mix. Incubate for 10 minutes at 4°C. Separate by centrifugation .

	Detection Limit: 95% confidence level
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
