Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Immunohistochemistry: silver-intensified immunogold or fluorescence. Samples should be fixed with 0.1-2.5% glutaraldehyde for optimum detection. This antibody has also been used and found to work with a zero-low glutaraldehyde/high paraformaldehyde fixation (4% paraformaldehyde in 0.1M phosphate buffer/3% sucrose fixative). The minimum glutaraldehyde concentration is 0.00%. Performance is good with frozen sections, Vibratome sections and tissue culture formats, when penetrating reagents such as 0.3% Triton X-100 are used.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
