Human GST molecules are classified into four families | alpha, mu, pi, and theta. GST is commonly used as a tag to create fusion proteins in order to facilitate purification and detection of these proteins of interest. | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Western Blot: 1ug/ml dilution buffer for each mini-gel | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
