Applications	Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Immunoblot Analysis: 0.5-2ug/ml of this lot detected 100ng of MAP Kinase 2/Erk2, active. 0.5-2ug/ml of a previous lot detected 500ng of GST. Representative blot from a previous lot. Cell lysate containing GST fusion protein was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitro-cellulose and probed with anti-GST (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemilumine-scence detection system. Arrow indicates the GST fusion protein.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
