| Glutathione S-transferase is a 26kD protein from Schistosoma japonicum. GST is a widely used protein fusion partner. It provides both an easily detectable Tag. Utilizing a simple purification process, there is little effect on the biological function of the protein of interest. Numerous vectors containing GST-Tag have been developed for both prokaryotic and eukaryotic systems over the past decade. | | | Catalog # | G8135-17 | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
