Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml. Detects GST M1(mu) in HeLa cell lysate. Hela cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with G8135-32
(0.5ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit IgG labeled with HRP* and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
