Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Mouse Affinity Purified E B
Glycogen phosphorylase BB (GPBB), a regulatory enzyme which catalyses the rate-determining step in glycogen degradation. In unstable angina, rapid rises in plasma concentrations of GPBB have been observed. Mammalian glycogen phosphorylase is found as three major isozymes including muscle (GPMM), liver (GPLL), and brain/heart (GPBB), which can be distinguished by their structural and functional properties as well as by the tissues in which they are expressed.
Catalog #G8170-01D
ApplicationsSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C.
