| Glycophorin A is a sialoglycoprotein, expressed on human red blood cell membranes and erythroid precursors, including proerythroblasts, and reticulocytes. | | | Catalog # | G8177-10X | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Fluorescent Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Flow Cytometry: 2ug antibody/5x10e6-5x10e7 red blood cells/test (RBCs/test). | | Immunohistochemistry (fixed, paraffin-embedded): 1-2ug/ml | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Hybridoma | Hybridization of NS/1-Ag4 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
