The transmembrane protein GPP130 is localized to the cis-Golgi, where it is targeted by virtue of its lumenal coiled-coil domain and mediates trafficking in the late endosome-bypass pathway. GPP130 continuously recycles between early Golgi and distal compartments.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 1:1000.
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections.
Immunocytochemistry: 1:1000.
Immunoprecipitation: 2ul
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
