| GbL (G protein beta protein subunit-like), also known as mLST8, is a member of the mammalian Target of Rapamycin (mTOR) complex. The complex composed of mTOR, regulatory associated protein of mTOR (Raptor) and mammalian LST8/G-protein b-subunit like protein (mLST8/GbL) is responsible for regulating cell growth and nutrient and growth factor-mediated mTOR signaling. | | | Catalog # | G8600-03G | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry.
