| The Gr-1 antigen is primarily a marker of myeloid differentiation. In the bone marrow the level of Gr-1 expression is low on immature myeloblasts and increases as the myeloid cells mature to granulocytes. Gr-1 is also expressed on macrophages and transiently on differentiating monocytes. Expression of Gr-1 on a subpopulation of lymphocytes has also been reported. | | | Catalog # | G8750-01A6 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:5; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4°C. DO NOT FREEZE! Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | | CAS Number | n/a | | Clone Type | Monoclonal | | Isotype | IgG2b | | Clone No | RB6-8C5 | | Host | Rat | | Source | Mouse | | Concentration | Not Determined | | Form | Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.4, 1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide. Labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE). Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O. | | Purity | Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. | | Immunogen | Normal murine bone marrow cells. | | Specificity | Recognizes mouse Gr-1 antigen. Reacts predominantly with the Ly-6G protein but weaker reactivity with the Ly-6C protein has been demonstrated. | | | Important Note | This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications without the expressed written authorization of United States Biological. |
