Heat shock proteins, HSPís or stress response proteins SRPís, are synthesized in a variety of environmental and patholphysiological stressful conditions. Many HSPís are involved in processes such as protein denaturation-renaturation, folding-unfolding, transport-translocation, activation-inactivation, and secretion. HSP70 is found to be associated with steroid receptors, actin, p53, polyoma T antigen, nucleotides, and other unknown proteins. Also, HSP70 has been shown to be involved in protective roles against thermal stress, cytotoxic drugs, and other damaging conditions.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionImmunohistochemistry (Paraffin/frozen): 1:75-1:250 in an ABC all method. Incubate for 30 minutes at RT.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
