Monoclonal Mouse Affinity Purified E B IP IH
Perlecan is an extracellular matrix proteoglycan. It has a large core protein of 400-450kD and is often produced with heparan sulfate side chains. Perlecan is found in basement membranes where it contributes to the permeability charateristics, serves as a substrate for vascular cells and binds growth factors involved in vascular remodelling (2).
Catalog #H1890-90B
ApplicationsSuitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunoprecipitation. Can also be used in affinity chromatography, in conjunction with H1890-90A to separate recombinant domain I from full length perlecan. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionELISA: 1:4000
Western Blot: 1:100
Immunohistochemistry: 1:100. Frozen PLP-fixed sections of bovine and human tissues
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
