| Human Hemofiltrate CC chemokine-1 (HCC-1) was first isolated from the hemofiltrate of patients with chronic renal failure. HCC-1 has a 46% amino acid sequence identity with MIP-1a/MIP-1b and 29-37% homology with other CC chemokines. Human HCC-1 is an 8.4kD protein containing 72 amino acid residues. | | | Catalog # | H1999-05A | | ELISA | To detect hHCC-1 by direct ELISA (using 100µl/well antibody solution) a concentration of at least 0.5ug/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen af nity puri ed antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of 0.2–0.4 ng/well of recombinant hHCC-1. | | Western Blot | To detect hHCC-1 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1–0.2 ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hHCC-1 is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Usage: For research use only. | | Reconstitution | The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at- 20°C. When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4°C. | | Country of Origin | USA | | CAS Number | n/a | | Clone Type | Polyclonal | | Isotype | IgG | | Host | Rabbit | | Source | Human | | Concentration | ~1mg/ml | | Form | Supplied as a lyophilized powder from a sterile-filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4. Conjugated to Biotin. | | Purity | Purified by antigen affinity chromatography. | | Immunogen | Highly purified, recombinant Hepatocellular Carcinoma, Human (HCC-1) | | Specificity | Recognizes Hepatocellular Carcinoma, Human (HCC-1) | | | Important Note | This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications without the expressed written authorization of United States Biological. |
