Applications	Suitable for use as a positive control in Western Blot applications. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions	Western Blot: Before use, add 100ul 2x SDS-PAGE sample buffer, mix and incubate at 90ºC for 5 minutes. 20ul/lane (mini gel) for HRPO/ECL detection. 20ul of cell lysate corresponds to ~80,000 cells.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Form	Supplied as a liquid cell lysate from serum starved HepG2 cells.
