Applications	Suitable for use as a positive control in Western Blot applications. Not recommended for use in Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Western Blot: 20ul/lane (mini gel) for HRP/ECL detection.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Source	Pervanadate treated HepG2 cells.
Form	Supplied as a lyophillized powder. Reconstitute in 200ul of ddH2O. After solubilization add 200ul 2x SDS-PAGE sample buffer, mix and incubate at 90ºC for 5 minutes.
