Histidine is a non essential amino acid found abundantly in hemoglobin. It has been utilised in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, allergic diseases, ulcers and anemia.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile ddH2O with 0.1% mertiolate. Aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
FormSupplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O, 0.1% merthiolate.
