ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionImmunoblot Analysis: 0.5-1ug/ml detects phosphorylated histone H2A.X (Ser139) in acid extracted histone from Jurkat cell lysates treated with 0.5mM staurosporine. Untreated, and staurosporine-treated Jurkat cell lysates were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with H5110-08B (0.5ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a streptavidin, horseradish peroxidase conjugate and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
