ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000. Detects acetylated Histone H2B in sodium butyrate treated, acid extracted proteins from HeLa cells. Unacetylated recombinant Histone H2B was not detected. Recombinant Histone H2B and 10ug acid-extracted proteins from sodium butyrate treated HeLa cells were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with H5110-09K. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit conjugated to HRP secondary antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system.
