Recommended Dilution	Immunoblot Analysis: 1:1000 dilution of this lot preferentially detects acetyl-histone H2B in wild-type yeast whole cell lysates as compared to lysates with a substitution mutant of K16R in histone H2B.
	Chromatin IP: An independent laboratory has shown that this antibody preferentially immunoprecipitates chromatin from wild type yeast, compared to yeast containing a histone H2B K16R substitution (1).
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
