ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Detected monomethylated Histone H3 in acid extracted proteins from HeLa cells, but did not detect unmethylated recombinant Histone H3. Recombinant Histone H3 and acid extracts from HeLa cells were resolved by electrophoresis. transferred to nitrocellulose amd probed with H5110-11G (0.2mg/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
