Applications	Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution	Western Blot: 1:125-1:250 detects dimethyl (Lys4) histone H3 in acid extracted proteins from HeLa cells, core histones purified from chicken erythrocytes, and recombinant Xenopus Histone H3 methylated in vitro by Set9 methyltransferase. Does not detect unmethylated recombinant Histone H3.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
