Applications	Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot and Beadlyte® Histone Peptide Assay. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Immunoblot Analysis: A 1:500-1:1000 dilution of this lot detected dimethylated Histone H3 (Lys23) in acid extracted proteins from HeLa cells.
	Peptide Dot Blot Analysis: A 1:1000-1:2000 dilution of this lot only detected the peptide containing the dimethylated histone H3 (Lys23) modification.
	Beadlyte® Histone Peptide Assay: 1:2000 to 1:54000 dilution of this lot only detected the peptide containing the dimethylated Histone H3 (Lys23) modification.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
