MHC class I antigens associated with B2-microglobulin are expressed by all human nucleated cells. MHC class I molecules are involved in presentation of antigens to CD8+ T cells. They play an important role in cell-mediated immune responses and tumor surveillance.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in Blocking (6,7), Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation (2), Inhibition of NK cell-mediated lysis (10), and Activation (8,9). Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionsImmunofluorescence: 2ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volume or whole blood.
Western Blot: Non-reducing (3)
Immunohistochemistry: Acetone-fixed frozen sections (4,5)
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
