| The major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a cluster of genes that are important in the immune response to infections. In humans, this complex is referred to as the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) region. There are 3 major MHC class I proteins encoded by the HLA which are HLA A, HLA B and HLA C.The HLA B gene is part of the human HLA complex on chromosome 6 and there are a large number of variant alleles of this gene. | | | Catalog # | H6098-43A | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10. Use 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. | | Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. | | Recommended Negative Controls | I1904-78R3: IgG1 Murine Negative Control (FITC) | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
