Antibodies can also be used for the detection of HLA antigens on the lymphocytes in whole blood samples and cells isolated from blood or lymphoid tissue. The HLA Class 1 conjugated monoclonal antibodies can be used for the detection of specific cell surface antigens.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other potential applications include Cell Typing, Tissue Staining and Chimerism Studies. Other applications have not been tested.

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
