Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specificity	Reacts with all human classical MHC Class I molecules in native cell-surface forms. Positive in immunoblotting with many (not all) MHC Class I allelic forms (e.g. it recognizes native HLA-A2 in cytofluorometry and immunoprecipitation but not in Western blotting). Positive in Western blotting (non-reducing conditions) with most HLA-B and HLA-C molecules, but not HLA-A. Epitope specificity is very similar to classical antibody W6/32. Species Crossreactivity: Crossreacts with Human. Not yet tested in other species.
