| The expression of HLA-I antigen varies with cell types and decreases with cell maturation, such as less expression on mature granulocytes and almost losing on mature erythrocytes. HLA-I antigen is also expressed on most cells of human leukemic cell lines, but not or little on the cells of Daudi and K562 cell lines and is absent from nerve cells. In addition to membrane HLA-I antigen, soluble form of HLA-I can be detected in serum (or plasma). | | | Catalog # | H6098-67B | | Applications | Suitable for use in flow cytometric analysis using 100ul peripheral blood cells or 20ul/10e6 cells. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
